Learn how this unique process of "withering" grapes before fermentation concentrates flavors and sugars, resulting in the rich, complex, and full-bodied wines that have captivated connoisseurs worldwide. While Amarone is perhaps the most celebrated Appassimento wine, this evening will broaden your horizons to other exquisite examples.
