At Desotos Eatery, we believe that the best meals are built from the ground up. While many restaurants are content with boxed pasta, we’ve decided to go back to basics. We are thrilled to share that our kitchen has officially leveled up: we are now crafting our own in-house handmade spaghetti.

The secret to a great noodle is the flour. We use locally sourced semolina to ensure every strand has that perfect al dente bite and a rich, golden color. By making our pasta fresh we ensure that the texture is light, the flavor is fresh, and it holds onto our signature sauces exactly the way it should.

The Star of the Show: Spaghetti & Meatballs

To celebrate our new handmade pasta, we’ve introduced a special that is quickly becoming a neighborhood favorite: our Spaghetti & Meatballs.

This isn't your average pasta dish. We take a generous portion of our fresh spaghetti and pair it with three massive, tender meatballs slow-simmered in our house-made red sauce. To finish it off, we add a generous dusting of aged Parmigiano Reggiano for that perfect salty, nutty kick.

It’s Italian-inspired comfort food at its absolute finest—fresh, made-to-order, and deeply satisfying.
